Warm-up:

Do each for 30 seconds:

  • Jog
  • Toe Touches
  • High Knees
  • Arm Circles

Round 1:

Do each for 30 seconds

  • Crab Walks
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Horse Plank Hold

Repeat for a total of 3 Sets

Round 2:

  • Duck Walks
  • High Knees
  • Plank Hold

Repeat for a total of 3 Sets

Round 3:

  • Lunge Walks
  • Tuck Jumps
  • Spider Planks

Repeat for a total of 3 Sets

Cool Down:

  • Jog
  • Toe Touches
  • High Knees
  • Arm Circles
  • Leg Swings
