Do each exercise for 30 seconds

Warm Up:

Jog

Hip Openers

Leg Swings

Jog

Circuit:

Squats

Lunges

Sides Lunges

Hip Thrusts (Single Leg)

Get Ups

(Repeat each exercise for a total of 3 sets)

Cool Down

Jog in place

Leg Swings

Hip Openers

Jog in place

Butt Stretch
