When you’ve got a short amount of time and you want to get in a really good workout try this!

Do Each Exercise For 30 Seconds

Warm-up:

Jog 

High-Knees

Side Shuffle

Quick Hops

Circuit:

Station 1: Push-Ups

Station 2: Squat Back Kick

Station 3: Horse Flips

Station 4: Jumping Squat

Do 3 complete Circuits!

Cool Down:

Jog

High Knees

Side Shuffle

Butt Stretch
