Workout:

Dynamic warm-up

2 rounds: Quadruped hip hydrants + Side plank + T’s

3 rounds: Snap down lateral push + Spider-Man stretch

3 rounds: SLDL + Plank row + Skater squats + Tiger (bear) crawls
